Science History
We are primarily concerned with the historical contextualisation of zoological collections, especially at the Leibniz Institute for the Analysis of Biodiversity Change (LIB) and the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, the genesis of natural history collections and knowledge, and the history of ideas of evolutionary theories in the 19th and 20th centuries.
