ZM 005 | Evolution of the whales

In this event, participants will learn new facts about the origin of whales. The development from four-legged ancestors on land, the return to the water and the related adaptations of the body are explained on the basis of the skeletons. Evolutionary phenomena such as homology and analogy as well as adaptation processes can be conveyed particularly clearly using the example of whales.
