Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 17:00, closed on Mondays and public holidays. Free admission. Please book larger groups in advance by telephone. - Guided tours, children's birthday parties and educational talks

Access to the exhibition and the exhibition rooms themselves are barrier-free. A barrier-free toilet is also available. - Museum shop
Postcards, books, educational toys and small items are available for sale at the information counter. - Gastronomy
The museum does not have its own catering facilities. The museum is located in the university quarter. There are numerous cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. - Food and drinks
Food and drinks may not be brought into or consumed in the exhibition. - Photography
Photography is permitted in the museum for private, non-commercial purposes. - Bringing dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition. This does not apply to guide dogs. - Parking situation
Unfortunately, the museum does not have its own parking spaces. - Public transport
A few hundred metres from the entrance to the museum, at the junction of Rentzelstraße and Grindelallee, is the bus stop "Grindelhof". Metrobuses No. 4 and 5 stop here. The S-Bahn station "Dammtor" and the U-Bahn station "Schlump" are also within walking distance.
