Karina Lucas da Silva-Brandão will be answering questions during the Long Night of Museums 2026. With her own stand, there will be an opportunity to ask the butterfly and moth expert directly about the City Nature Challenge, how to use the iNaturalist identification app or simply about her work as a researcher.
Join us on an observation tour!
Saturday, 25 April, 10 am with Dr Karina Brandão in the Loki-Schmidt-Garten (Klein Flottbek)
In the Loki Schmidt Garden, we go on a butterfly tour together as part of the City Nature Challenge and record what is otherwise often overlooked. Every observation counts - and makes it clear how diverse and worthy of protection nature is right on our doorstep.
