Our exhibition is particularly busy in the mornings due to group tours (school classes and nursery groups).
Groups visiting us without a guided tour booked through Museumsdienst Hamburg are also very welcome.
However, to help us manage visitor numbers, we ask that groups of seven or more register with us free of charge at least three days in advance by telephone or email (please wait for confirmation):

Lockers are located on the right-hand side in the entrance area.
Unfortunately, there are no storage facilities for strollers and buggies; you must bring it into the exhibition with you. Please stay with your stroller or buggy at all times and do not leave it in the exhibition.
Food and drink may not be brought into the exhibition or consumed there.
Unfortunately, the museum does not have its own catering facilities. However, the museum is situated in the university quarter. There are numerous cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Photography without a flash is permitted in the museum for private, non-commercial purposes.

Animals are not permitted in the museum, with the exception of assistance animals for people with disabilities.
The Tiger Lounge offers a space where you can relax whilst visiting the exhibition.
As is the case throughout the exhibition, eating and drinking are not permitted there.
In the mornings, the Tiger Lounge is reserved for booked guided tours. Thank you for your understanding.
