There are 45 wild cat species on our planet, plus around 100 domestic cat breeds. They are the most commonly kept pet in Germany. Cat videos regularly go viral, but what do we really know about many people's favourite housemate and her wild relatives such as the ocelot, puma, clouded leopard and the like, or even about her ancestors? We get to know them in our exhibition. The differences between them are astonishing. Different skills are required in different habitats. Together we explore diversity and skills and, not least, talk about the threat posed to wild cats by humans.
