Evolution of whales

In this event, participants learn about the origins of whales. The development from four-legged ancestors on land, the return to the water and the associated adaptations of the body are explained using the skeletons. Evolutionary phenomena such as homology and analogy as well as adaptation processes can be conveyed particularly vividly using the example of whales.
