Planning a visit to the Museum of Nature Hamburg - Zoology? Here you will find all the necessary information:
- Admission and opening hours
Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed Mondays and holidays. Free admission. Please register larger groups in advance by telephone. - Guided tours, children's birthday parties and educational talks

Access to the exhibition and the exhibition rooms themselves are barrier-free. A barrier-free toilet is also available. - Museum store
Unfortunately, the store is currently closed due to renovations. Soon we will again offer postcards, books, educational toys and small items for sale at the information counter. - Gastronomy
The museum does not have its own gastronomy. The museum is located in the university district. There are numerous cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. - Food and drink
It is not allowed to bring or consume food and drinks in the exhibition. - Photography
Photography is permitted in the museum for private, non-commercial purposes. - Bringing dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition. This does not apply to guide dogs. - Parking situation
Unfortunately, the museum does not have its own parking spaces. - Public transport
The bus stop "Zoological Museum" can be reached by bus line X35. A few hundred meters from the entrance of the museum, at the intersection Rentzelstraße/Grindelallee, is the bus stop "Grindelhof". Metrobuses No. 4 and 5 stop here. The "Dammtor" S-Bahn station and the "Schlump" U-Bahn station are also within walking distance. - Donations
