As part of Hamburg Sustainability Week, the Hamburger Kunsthalle and the Museum der Natur Hamburg are offering two exciting interdisciplinary guided tours for all interested parties aged 16 and over.
The first tandem tour on Tuesday, 30 June will take you to the Hamburger Kunsthalle. There, Dr Lilian Adlung-Schönheit and Prof. Dr Andreas Schmidt-Rhaesa will look at representations of nature in art from a biological perspective and show how art can be used to convey and discuss topics relating to biodiversity in a varied and entertaining way. New approaches and ways of looking at the Kunsthalle collection are opened up for young and old and knowledge about nature and species is deepened in a varied way. The dialogue will sharpen our awareness of the often overlooked biodiversity on our planet, which is so important to us all.
